In spite of experiencing heavy and windy rainfalls over the last few weeks we still suffer from severe drought in some areas. Water from these heavy rainfalls hasn't reached our water catchments. Australian cities are considering recycling and trading water from the bush to cities.
We shouldn't be relying on water restrictions to save water but instead being water wise is the word at household level. Government are making plans and policies to recycle and conserve water at a community level and we need to get together and contribute as much as we can to save our precious resource.... read more...
